Main Duties:
• Assist the Project Manager in determining the Quality Management objectives and targets for the project
• Assist the project management team in development and implementation of Project Quality Management System
• Coordinate the project quality issues within the team and action / liaise with project management team for action
• Implement the Project Audit Plan and involve in internal quality audits, conduct audits / inspections on major subcontractors and suppliers
• Review the criticality assessment reports for various packages and plan the inspection levels
• Liaise with Discipline Lead Engineers to provide necessary input on Quality
• Review of subcontractor Quality Management System documentation
• Liaise with client’s representative on site to ensure all inspection and testing requirements are fulfilled and complete work quality is achieved to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
• Liaise with construction team to ensure quality of products/supplies/services by subcontractors meet the specified requirement at source about completed work quality to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
• Ensure that the requirements of the Project Quality management plan are fully established and implemented.
• Coordinate the implementation of the Quality Management System and ensure continuous improvement to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
• Ensure Quality Monthly Report and are prepared for internal reports and to the client
• Ensure Project Quality Objectives are monitored and KPIs are reported, and corrective actions taken
• Ensure Project Quality Management System review sessions are undertaken
• Ensure that NCR’s and CAR’s are closed out within timeframe.
Qualification:
• Diploma holders with additional 2 – 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications
Years of Experience:
• 3 -5 years of relevant experience
• 1 – 2 years additional experience for each higher grade of progression
